Delivery Policy​

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. If there is a delay due to high demand or customization, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Methods & Charges

We offer standard shipping across India with delivery times typically ranging from 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days for domestic shipments. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. Please note that these times do not include order processing days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your delivery through the courier’s website or via a link provided in the email.

Delivery Issues

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, report it immediately to the delivery personnel and contact our support team at thesisoclothing@gmail.com. Refusal to accept damaged goods is allowed. SISO is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address details provided by customers.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts due to unavailability or incorrect address, the package will be returned to SISO. Further reshipment will be at the customer’s expense.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We plan to expand international shipping in the future and will update the policy accordingly.
